Our estimator does not take into account characteristics of your property such as shading and installation difficulties that can affect both cost and output;
There is a significant variance in price between the cheapest brands of solar equipment and premium American brands;
Many local county and utility incentive programs have limited budgets and only remain open while funding remains. Local installers are always the best source of information on this and can tell you when they will be taking applications for incentives and how much the incentives will be at that time.
